Talabani, Hakeem stress importance to exert efforts to make meeting of political leader successful

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - President Jalal Talabani and leader of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council (SIIC), Ammar al-Hkeem, stressed the importance to exert efforts to make the upcoming meeting of political blocs’ leader successful, scheduled to be held on Tuesday at Talabani’s rsidence.A statement issued on Monday, Oct. 3, by the President’s Offie said that Talabani and Hakeem discussed during their meeting on Monday evening the country’s general situation, political and security, economical. They stressed the importance of exchange points of view and constructive dialogue between all parties toward reaching solutions to all outstanding issues.In the meeting, Talabani reviewed his recent visit to the New York and his meetings with leaders of countries participated in the UN’s 66th General Assembly./129
